Exchanges or store credits will be given pending an inspection of the returned product. The hair must be returned in its original condition (uncut, unpermed, not dyed, although use of conditioner is acceptable -- see below) and return within 10 days of receipt. Store credits are good for up to 6 months after the return date of the merchandise. All exchanges (Not related to factory defects) are subject to a 20% restocking fee and we do not offer refunds.
We make every effort possible to ensure merchandise is received within the requested shipping time at the time of purchased. If package receipt is delayed due to unforeseen shipping constraints (bad weather, mistake caused by carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS) and at no fault of GLAM, shipping charge will not be refunded.
You must condition the hair before you use the product. Please do not cut off the ribbon before you condition
the hair. If you find the hair to be in defective after you condition the product, please contact us and return the hair
to receive store credits or to receive replacements.
To obtain a return authorization code, you must first request a exchange authorization via email or by calling us.
